Birdnest @Bunyonyi Resort (up-market): $$$ A lovely resort on the shores of Lake Bunyonyi.  Individually decorated rooms.

The management is Belgian and the Staff Ugandan.  Delightful Belgian, Ugandan and continental food created with local ingredients.  Check out the ice-cream.

In the Bar you can find Stella and other Belgian Beers.  There is a swimming pool, hiking activities, canoeing.  It is a delight to have another choice for lodging at Lake Bunyonyi.

Our Clients have had nothing but raves about the Food and lovely accommodation here.

Lake Bunyonyi Overland Resort provides a variety of choices for the traveler that ranges from shoestring to moderate.  You can pitch your own tent, stay in a furnished Safari Tent, family cottage or room, some are self contained while other are not.

Try some local crayfish at the restaurant, snacks and reasonably priced meals.

Arcadia Cottages (budget to moderate):$$  Lovely setting above Lake Bunyonyi, set on a hill overlooking the lake.  It is probably one of the most beautiful views in Uganda.  Delightful location proven by the many that have stayed there.  The restaurant serves up lovely dishes to satisfy your need. 

You can stay in various rooms, furnished Safari tent or simply bring your own. Arcadia cottages have been a landmark at Lake Bunyonyi and provide reasonably priced lodging for visitors to Uganda.

Byoona Amagara Island Retreat( budget to moderate): $$ Lovely Island setting on Lake Bunyonyi, they even have some geo-domes for guest, a cottage and rooms, simply a lovely setting on an island in a most beautiful lake.  The money made goes to serve children of the community.

The food is good, lots of island activities for you to do while staying there.  You take a boat ride from the mainland and even coming and going you get to experience Lake Bunyonyi.

Many of our guess have found this a most lovely and peaceful setting.

Your stay here benefits local children with their education.

Kalebas Tented Camp (Moderate):$$ A small and intimate Tented Camp located on the shores of Lake Bunyonyi. The price is reasonable and the location is fabulous, the perfect place to unwind.

Nice Food, nice facilities and perfect place for nature walks, boat rides on the Lake.  A lovely place to rest at when taking in Lake Bunyonyi.  Lake Bunyonyi is to be enjoyed and Kalebas makes it possible.
