Day 1: Depart Kampala early in the morning and take the beautiful drive though the Ugandan countryside toward Kisoro. Lunch along the way and arrive late in the afternoon at Nkuringo Safari Lodge which is a tented camp on the shores of Lake Mutanda which is ringed by Volcanoes, dotted with beautiful islands and the perfect setting for your stay while you climb the volcanoes at Mgahinga Gorilla Park.

Dinner overlooking the lake, you can even take a sundowner cruise and relax with a refreshing drink while you take in beauty around you and beautiful it is.

Day 2: Breakfast in one of the most beautiful settings in Uganda. Take your packed lunch, at least 2 liters of water in your backpack, camera, light jacket, and a good pair of boots.

his day is Mount Sabinyo which translate "Old Man's Teeth" for its jagged peaks. The height of volcano is 3669 meters and today's elevation gain will be about 1300 meters. The third peak of Mount Sabinyo is where Rwanda, the Democratic Republic of Congo and Uganda converge. You will be able to step into three countries without getting a stamp into your passport.h

You will have a knowledgeable guide with you and if you need a porter to carry your things. You return back down from the summit in the late afternoon.

Day 3: Breakfast, packed lunch and it is time to tackle the guide that is Mount Muhavuru means and a guide it is seen from near and far 4127 meters above sea level and climb up 1700 meters with a view to live for. Again you will have a guide and porter if necessary. Lunch on top of the mountain.

Day 4: Breakfast and once again a packed lunch as it is off to climb the final of the three, Mount Mahinga meaning little stones such as are collected by the farmers as they clear their fields. 3474 meters in elevation and you climb 1100 meters up today.

Day 5: Breakfast and the journey to Kampala begins with lunch along the way. Arrive in late afternoon in Kampala.

This Safari can easily be shortened into a 3 day safari with one day of climbing and also can be combined into any other Safari Package. You can also climb Volcanoes and combine it with Gorilla Tracking and with Golden Monkey Tracking at Mgahinga National Park and or the the Batwa Trail.
