The situation in the Democratic Republic of Congo does not affect Uganda besides the 30,000 refugees that have come here from the DRC. The north has been totally safe for 2 years since a seize fire has been signed with the LRA. A peace signing is forth coming and no LRA members are active in Uganda at the present time.
