Chobe Safari Lodge (Up-Market -5 Star Resort) $$$$:  The Gem of the Nile has reopened after 30 years - like a phoenix rising from the ashes - so this magnificent Lodge has been reconstructed in the loveliest of ways - making it the premier Lodge in all of Uganda. A 3 1/2 hour drive will take you into this undiscovered part of Murchison Falls with its premier fishing location at the River Nile along Karuma Falls.

Nile Safari Lodge (Up-Market)$$$$:  Eco-friendly lodge and loved by most travelers.  The setting is simply fabulous along the Nile just outside of Murchison Falls Park and is quite private.  The food is superb and it is a luxury accommodation with tented camp rooms and wooden chalet like cabins.

Paraa Safari Lodge (Up-Market)$$$:  It has been called a hotel in the bush and was reconstructed in 1997 using local, natural materials.  Paraa Lodge Likes to call it "The Jewel on the Nile. Pleasant rooms, great food, good service, consistent, a value in up-market lodging in Uganda. 

Red Chilli Rest Camp (budget)$:  Red Chilli is probably one of the best budget facilities in a game park in Uganda.  There are different choices based on availability such as Bandas (cabins) that are self-contained, there are tents with shared facilities, you can also bring your own tent and camp out. 

Global Village Guest House (budget $ - $$):  Located just outside of the Park at the town of Pakwach.  Located a short distance from the Game Tracks (1/2 hour) it is a viable budget option for the visitor to Murchison Falls.  The price is reasonable and the rooms are en-suite and breakfast is included in the price. 

The Problem with Trip Advisor:  Trip Advisor can be most informative - but it can also be manipulated by fake and false reviews.  Some tips and advice regarding Safari Accommodations in Uganda.  Trip Advisor is a great tool, but it certainly is not only right on-it is written by humans who may have different expectations from you and it also can be manipulated.

Murchison Falls National Park 3 day Safari:  Discover Murchison Falls Park with its scenic beauty and fantastic Wildlife.  Visit Murchison Falls from above and below and feel and view the most powerful waterfall in the world.  The power of the Nile unleashed tumbling down 43 meters through a small gorge, the ground shaking by the force and power.  Elephants, lions, leopards, buffalos, giraffes, hippos, crocodiles, see them from the water or on a game drive.  This is the best place to go if you have a limited time of 3 days.

Murchison Falls National Park and Budongo Forest Birding Safari:  Five days of fantastic birding with the added bonus of wildlife and most fantastic scenery.  What can one say about Murchison Falls, but that it is simply fabulous and a great variety birds and wildlife is found there.  Then this birding safari will take you to the famous Magic Mile at Budongo Forest where you can always tie in some chimpanzee tracking the in the old growth Mahogany Forest.

Two Day Murchison Falls Mini-Wildlife Safari:  One Night-Two days at Murchison Falls National Park.  A two day Uganda Wildlife Mini-Safari.  The best two day option for wildlife in Uganda.  One wildlife game drive through the savanna and a river cruise on the Nile River viewing the animals and birds along the bank of the Nile up to the Falls.

Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary Visit:  Add on a visit to the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary where you can meet Baby Obama who was born to an American Rhino Mother and Kenyan Rhino Fathers. There are also two other Rhino Toddlers A delightful add on to any safari taking in Murchison Falls National Park in Uganda.
