Global Village Guest House  - Pakwach - Located just outside of Murchison Falls National Park  on the Paraa Side of the Nile River - this facility provides quality lodging with a plus.  The rooms are self contained, there are several executive rooms, nicely furnished for a budget facility at a National Park in Uganda.  Comfortable room, clean and well kept, a nice garden, well stocked bar, restaurant that provides tasty meals.

Many of our budget guests are simply surprised by what awaits them once they reach here at Global Village at Pakwach.  Budget guests often expect minimal facilities and what they find is unlike what they expected. Since shortly after their opening we have had many guests choose this facility and loved their safari.  You reach it by driving into the park and crossing the Nile near Paraa and then continuing through the park to Pakwach.  Even though you are not on a game drive you will see lots of wildlife along the way.  It is a half hour drive from the ferry crossing to the guest house, the plus is that you do not have to wait for the ferry going on your game drives, since you are on the side of game side.

The price is very reasonable for this facility for what they offer.  One of the best choices for the budget safari participant- if you are a party of 4 or 5 you can even share one room here in their family room.

Breakfast is filling, the meals such as lunch and dinner are sumptuous and tasty - value is the key to Global Village Guesthouse. Global Village is the undiscovered pearl of Budget Lodging at Murchison Falls National Park.
